Designer for the Deutscher Werkbund Pavilion at the World Exposition, Barcelona 1929, this model is generally referred to as the " Barcelona stool". As with the chair (see model 334), the square upholstery detailing is attributed to Lilly Reich. This stool was first produced by Berliner Metallgewerbe Joseph Muller. In 1931, the production passed to Bamberg Metallwerkstatten, Berlin.
